These draft terms cover the website and visit planning help that may later be agreed in writing. Reading the site or asking a question does not book a service or make us your doctor or travel agent.

2. What we do

HYDERABAD MedTour is an independent service that helps with visit planning. Any work must be agreed in writing. We are not a hospital, clinic, doctor, nurse, insurance company, emergency service, airline, hotel or visa office. We do not manage medical records for you.

3. Your choices

You choose whether to travel and which doctor, hospital or travel service to use. You make any agreements with them directly. Doctors and hospitals are responsible for their own advice, staff, care, fees and treatment results.

4. Medical advice and promises

This website gives general information. It does not tell you which treatment, doctor or hospital to choose. We cannot promise appointments, treatment results, prices, visas, travel bookings or insurance cover.

Do not delay medical or emergency help because of this website.

5. Sending a question

A message is not a booking or an agreement to provide a service. Replies may take time. Do not use the form or email for emergencies, private medical details, ID documents or payment details.

6. Costs and bookings

This website does not list prices or packages. Before any paid work starts, a separate written agreement must explain the work, fees, payment dates, refunds and cancellation rules.

Doctors, hospitals, airlines, hotels and other services have their own terms and costs. Read these before you book or pay.

7. Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for your passport, visa, travel documents, insurance and any required vaccines. Check entry rules with the official visa office. Check cover with your insurer and ask your doctor about health and travel.

Our visit planning help is not medical, legal, visa or insurance advice.

8. Information on this site

The information may change. It may not be complete, up to date or right for your needs. You may use it for lawful personal use, not for business use. Do not damage the site or use its content to mislead others.

9. Legal rights and problems

A lawyer must write the final rules about responsibility for loss, paying for harm, solving disagreements and which laws apply. The terms must respect rights and duties that the law does not allow anyone to remove.
