1. About us

HYDERABAD MedTour is an independent service based in Hyderabad. We help people plan visits for medical care. This draft covers the website and questions sent to nandhu@hyderabadmedtour.in.

2. What the form asks for

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and country. Do not enter medical information or documents. Submitting the form sends those details to Google Forms and saves them in a Google Sheet used by HYDERABAD MedTour to respond. Google processes the form and stores the sheet. Its privacy policy also applies.

3. What to leave out

Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medical reports, test results, photos, ID or passport numbers, bank or card details, or insurance numbers. Ask your doctor or hospital how to send medical records safely.

Do not send emergency requests through this website or email.

4. Why we may use your details

If you submit the form or email us, we plan to use your details to reply and explain our visit planning help. If you choose to continue, we may use them to discuss your trip.

Your details should not be used to make medical decisions or send unrelated ads without the permission or other legal reason needed.

5. Sharing your details

We should only share your message with a doctor, hospital or travel service if you ask or give permission, or if the law requires it. Before sharing, we should explain what will be shared and why.

6. Email and website tools

Our form uses Google Forms and Google Sheets to receive and store basic enquiries. Ordinary email may not be safe for private medical details. This version of the site has no added tools for tracking visitors or showing ads. This policy must be updated if new tools are added.

7. Keeping your details

The final policy must explain how long messages are kept, who can read them and how they are protected. These details still need to be agreed and checked. Only people who need to answer your question should have access.

8. Your choices

You can email us to ask what details we hold, ask for a mistake to be corrected, or ask for your details to be deleted. You can also ask us to stop sending messages that are not needed for your request.

The final policy must explain your legal rights, how we check these requests and when we may need to keep information.

9. Visitors from other countries

A lawyer must check the rules that apply to visitors from Kenya, other East African countries, India and elsewhere. This includes rules about sending or storing personal details in another country.

10. Changes and questions
